About us

Emma and Vicky

Hi! We are students in our ultimate year of law school at UWE. One of us is an aspiring solicitor, and the other is a budding barrister, and we are both in the process of applying for the LPC and BPC.

Emma: I’m 22, I have a snarky and dark sense of humour, which I’m sure you’ll come to find out. I live with my friends in Bristol and outside of university I spend most of my time reading or watching Netflix, and yes, studying. I am writing my dissertation on Human rights and the Mental health Act, whilst studying equity and trusts, EU law, and organised crime.

Vicky: I’m 25, living with my partner in Bath and I also work part time alongside studies as a team leader at a cafe. I don’t have a lot of spare time, but most of it is spent studying or winding down from stressful days. I haven’t chosen a dissertation, but instead study 4 different modules: EU law, equity and trusts, organised crime, and law of evidence.
